Luh Luh Lan

Lan Luh Luh has a PhD (Business Policy) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a LLM (First Class) in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge. She currently holds a joint position as an Associate Professor with both the NUS Business School and Law School. She specializes in company finance law and corporate governance and has published in journals like the Academy of Management Review, Harvard Business Review, American Journal of Comparative Law and Law Quarterly Review. She is the author of Essentials of Corporate law and Governance in Singapore published by Sweet & Maxwell. Luh Luh is an ECGI research member as well as the Chair for the Global Corporate Governance Colloquia (2018-2020). She is also the Academic Director for the UCLA-NUS EMBA Programme and an editorial board member of the International and Comparative Corporate Law Journal.
