Ruth V. Aguilera is a Professor of International Business and Strategy at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Her research interests fall at the intersection of comparative corporate governance and international business. Dr. Aguilera currently serves as an Associate Editor of Corporate Governance: International Review and as a Senior Editor of Organization Science. She also belongs to the editorial boards of several top tier peer-reviewed journals and sits on two non-profit educational boards.
