The ICGS Lifetime Achievement Award is given annually to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional and sustained research achievements in the field of corporate governance over at least a ten year period of time. Candidates for ICGS Awards are nominated by ICGS members and reviewed by the Awards Committee which then puts forward a recommendation to the ICGS board. The award is made to the successful recipient at the Annual Conference and highlighted on the ICGS website, and the individual will join our distinguished ICGS fellows group. In 2017, we will begin soliciting nominations for this award.
ICGS Best Paper Award
The ICGS Best Paper Award is given annually to individual(s) who present their paper at the annual conference. Candidates for the ICGS Award are nominated by reviewers for the ICGS conference and those nominations are then reviewed by the Awards Committee. Two awards are made and there are cash prizes given to the authors. The award is made to the successful recipient(s) at the Annual Conference and highlighted on the ICGS website.
