Mario Daniele Amore serves as a full Professor at the Department of Management & Technology at Bocconi University and serves as Director of the PhD in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, he is a Research Affiliate at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and at Bocconi’s ICRIOS Research Center. His areas of expertise are corporate governance and family business with interest in the interactions between strategy, finance and innovation, and in the behavioral aspects of corporate decision-making. His research has been published in journals such as Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal and Journal of Law & Economics. He also serves as Associate Editor of Management Science and Journal of Corporate Finance, and as Editorial Review Board Member of Strategic Management Journal and Corporate Governance: An International Review. Professor Amore teaches Management, Family Firms and Econometrics in undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate courses.
