Jana Oehmichen is a Full Professor of Organization and Management Studies at the University of Groningen. Before joining the University of Groningen, she was Assistant/Associate Professor at the University of Göttingen and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Copenhagen Business School. She holds a diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management and a doctoral degree in Management (summa cum laude), both from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). She is currently on the editorial board of the journal Corporate Governance: An international Review. Her research is focused on international corporate governance, corporate incentive structures, and board compositions. Her work has been published in academic journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Global Strategy Journal, Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, and European Accounting Review.
