Swarnodeep Homroy is an Assistant Professor in Corporate Finance at Rijksuniversitiet Groningen. He obtained a PhD in Economics from University of Lancaster. He has worked as an Executive Compensation consultant before working in academic roles at Queen Margaret University and University of Lancaster. Swarnodeep’s research interests are in the areas of corporate governance, corporate social responsibility regulations and personnel economics. His research has been published in journals like the European Economic Review, Economica, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Journal of Business Ethics.
